By using Oh My Latino, you fully accept these terms and conditions of use.

These terms and conditions govern your access and use of the Oh My Latino mobile application, including all content, features and services offered on the application or through it.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

1. Description of the service

Oh My Latino is a social platform dedicated to latino dance that allows users to:

Find and join latino dance parties near you.

👥 Meet dancers

Connect with other latino dance enthusiasts.

🎓 Learn to dance

Access dance classes and tutorials.

📅 Organize events

Create and promote your own dance events.

2. User account

Account creation

•You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
•The information provided must be accurate and complete
•You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password
•Only one account per person is allowed

Account responsibility : You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Report any unauthorized use immediately.

3. Rules of conduct

failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension or deletion of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

Our rights

The Oh My Latino application, its design, features and original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

•Application interface and design
•Source code and algorithms
•Original content created by us

Your rights over your content

You retain all rights over the content you publish (photos, videos, text).

By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display and distribute this content within our service.

Respect for others' rights

You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of other users and third parties.

5. Limitation of liability

Oh My Latino is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

•Direct or indirect damages related to use of the service
•Content published by users
•Events organized by third parties via our platform
•Temporary service interruptions
•Data loss

You participate in events at your own risk. Make sure to verify the authenticity and safety of events before attending.

6. Termination

By Oh My Latino

We may suspend or delete your account in case of:

•Violation of terms of use
•Inappropriate behavior
•Illegal activity
•Request from authorities

on your part

You can delete your account at any time from the application settings.

Some information may be retained for legal or security reasons.

7. Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the application.

We will notify you of important changes by email or via an in-app notification.
